Shipping policy


Time

Please allow up to 5 - 7 days business days from the date of purchase (excludes all weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and packaged. Keep in mind, our products are all hand made.

Your package will be shipped to you on or before the 8th business day. If you provide an email address upon purchase, you will be emailed your tracking number once your package has been shipped. 

PLEASE NOTE: During holiday seasons or promotions, order processing times can be longer. Typically, 7 to 10 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. 

 

Shipping Questions

  • What if my order states delivered but I haven’t received it?

    Before reaching out to us via email, please make sure you have done the following:

    • Please refer to your tracking number. It will state whether your items were delivered to a receptionist, office, or mailbox. Also, check with neighbors to ensure it was not delivered to the wrong address. After these options, please contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) to inquire about the delivery of your package.
    • Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen or missing packages
    • If you believe you have done all of the above and still can't find your package, please email us with your order details. Email: customerservice@foursistersnaturally.com. We will get back to you within 72 business hours. 

  • What if I provided an incorrect address? or What do I do if my package is returned to Four Sisters Naturally?

    • All orders returned to Four Sisters Naturally for any reason will require a re-shipping fee in order to process a re-shipment. Please email customerservice@foursistersnaturally.com for further assistance.

    • If your package is returned to us, we will refund you for your purchase, less the shipping charge.
    • If you provide an incorrect address:
      • Prior to shipment, email us immediately so we can update your address
      • After shipment, Four Sisters Naturally is not responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Rates will be calculated at checkout, based on courier, location and product weight.

***Please note*** Due to Covid-19, International orders have been taking up to 2 weeks to be delivered. Once your package has been received by the courier, we do not have any additional details other than what the tracking number can provide.
