Refunds:
Due to the nature of our inventory (handmade products), we are unable to accept returns. However; if you have a concern or issue with your purchase, we would like to do what we can to make it right.
Please contact us at customerservice@foursistersnaturally.com within 3 days of the delivery of your package . In your email, please include the following and we will respond within 72 hours.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost/Stolen Package:
Four Sisters Naturally is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your packaged or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
